Participants can relax, meet new people and are provided with health and social services, therapeutic activities, transportation, and meals. Daily activities are structured and include activities like discussion of current events, arts and crafts, exercise, games, meals, and snacks. Unlike traditional nursing homes, our attendees generally do not need medical attention during the day, but may need supervision for safety and activities of daily living. Our services are also not intended to serve the general senior population (senior centers are established for that purpose). Rather, we provide affordable â€œright sized careâ€ that is accessible and appropriate to meet individual needs of the adult and their family.
