Details: The mission of ASEB (Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay) is to provide services to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementia; provide support to their caregivers; and educate and inform the general community about issues related to dementia care. ASEB (Alzheimer’s Services of the East Bay) operates two state-licensed Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) programs at centers in Berkeley and Hayward. Our newest site in Fremont opens this fall on the campus of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose. ASEB Adult Day programs have been recognized by the respected Robert Wood Johnson Foundation as a model for its nationwide Partners in Caregiving Demonstration Project.
