Details: At Journey’s Way Adult Day Service Center, we understand the challenges caregivers face. We provide supports for caregivers in various ways, from respite care and connections with other supports, to monthly education series and support groups. Journey’s Way Adult Day Services provides support, companionship, and activities for older adults who are having a difficult time managing on their own. All of the participants in our adult day services program receive a personalized plan of care, coordinated with their own doctor and family, to help them enjoy life and function at their very best.
