We provide supports for caregivers in various ways, from respite care and connections with other supports, to monthly education series and support groups. Journeyâ€™s Way Adult Day Services provides support, companionship, and activities for older adults who are having a difficult time managing on their own. All of the participants in our adult day services program receive a personalized plan of care, coordinated with their own doctor and family, to help them enjoy life and function at their very best.
