Located in the same facility as the Child Care Center, our Adult Day Services Program helps seniors establish social relationships in an inviting and comfortable environment. Seniors may sit around the “dining room†table and engage in conversations about current events, or, on a pretty day, they may enjoy watching children from the Child Care Center play outside. During summer months, they may even venture out to tend tomato plants in the garden. Our clients and their families reflect the diversity of our community. A Grace Place has an open admission policy, which means we welcome everyone, regardless of diagnosis or funding ability. We offer two models of care, Adult Day and Connections. Each features specialized day programs for adults with a range of abilities and disabilities. |
