Details: Social Day Services is a pre-vocational day program for individuals with developmental/ intellectual disabilities. SDS is an integrated program that provides Adult Day Program (ADP) as well as Behavior Day Program services. SDS program is centrally located in downtown San Leandro in close proximity to shopping centers, recreational parks, San Leandro Public Library, BART, restaurants and a variety of other places that allow easy access via public transportation for community integration. Our mission is to provide a lifetime of opportunity for consumers with developmental disabilities to live complete, meaningful and productive lives.
