Details: Since 1960, St. Paul’s Senior Homes & Services has been dedicated to serving the physical, spiritual and social needs of the elderly in San Diego. St. Paul’s provides affordable, innovative and comprehensive programs in a non-denominaÂtional environment with great value placed on optimal independence at all stages of life. Communities include an independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, an inter-generational day care program and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Our history of innovative programs and services has been guided by our overall mission and vision. We look forward to another 50 years of service to San Diego seniors and would love to give you a tour of any of our communities or programs. St. Paul’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Managed Care Health Plan exclusively for seniors, and it’s free with Medi-Cal. Even medications are free. We support seniors so they can continue to live independently at home by providing in-home care, transportation and personalized medical services. If you are over 55 years of age with chronic medical conditions that make it difficult for you to live at home PACE may be the ideal medical plan for you.
