Details: We are a day program providing therapeutic, medical and social services to older adults and the frail elderly with physical and cognitive impairments. We offer a safe, caring and home-like environment to older adults who can no longer manage independently, have chronic health conditions but are not in need of 24-hour skilled nursing service, and those who are isolated and lonely. Our program aims to promote well-being through social and health related services, help them stay mentally and physically active, reduce isolation and prevent decline of their abilities.
