Details: The Adult Day Center offers a health and activity program for adults. The goal of the program is to provide a safe haven. Respite care is provided for the families and various caregivers. Social interactions are made possible by a variety of activities. Entertainers visit on a monthly basis. A registered nurse and a Social Worker are on site on a daily basis. Monthly monitoring of blood pressure and weight are done. Communication with the primary physician is an ongoing process. The social worker will complete assessments as needed. Assessments are done on admission as necessary. A nutritious meal is provided. Foot care is available.
