Details: Seasons is a daytime program for individuals who are living with increased changes in their memory from dementias such as Alzheimer’s disease, or physical health changes as they age. Participants benefit by engaging in meaningful therapeutic activities of current and past interests, all the while, structure and staff support enhances individual success and enjoyment. Caregivers benefit by receiving a break from their care giving responsibilities and peace of mind knowing that their loved one is socially engaged in a supportive environment. Stimulating programs that focus on physical exercise, socialization, cognition, life skills, music and creativity are the pillars of the program. Nursing oversight by the Registered Nurse provides medical monitoring while working alongside families and physicians to help maintain optimal physical and cognitive health. The Seasons’ team has extensive knowledge and experience for helping seniors live each day to its fullest!
