Details: Our mission is to meet the daytime health care needs of the disabled, the chronically ill, and seniors who require assistance but prefer to live at home. Through the Adult Day program, we will stimulate, educate, socialize, and exercise (rehabilitation) in order to help our client's lead independent and meaningful lives. We hope to improve or maintain their level of functioning, or decrease their decline due to disease and/or their aging process. We will offer our clients a cost effective alternative service to prolong their autonomy and preserve their dignity.
