Details: Our Adult Day Health Program helps families to manage the responsibility of caring for an elderly or frail adult who is living at home. We provide medical care and supervision for elderly persons and disabled adults over the age of 18 who are unable to remain at home unattended during the course of the working day. We enable family members to continue working by providing respite for caregivers. The Saint Francis Adult Day Health program provides family members with peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving exceptional care. Participation in our Adult Day Health program allows the individual to enjoy companionship and care while his/her family attends to their daily commitments without worry. Each and every individual who enters the plan is treated like a member of our family. Our nurses work with the individual's private physician to develop a personalized treatment plan, ensuring that we give the best possible care and attention to the individual's special needs.
