We specialize in the areas of employment, skill development, healthy lifestyles, community supports, and recreation opportunities. Our dedicated staff are committed to uncovering each person’s potential and supporting them step by step in their growth and development. We work in a spirit of partnership with the people we serve and their team members to achieve positive results. All of Community Connection Partnership supports are open to adults with intellectual (developmental) disabilities and/or mental illness. Many of the people we serve also need support with challenges such as autism spectrum disorder and severe and persistent mental illness, as well as chronic illness or physical impairments.
