Details: KCAL Skill & Recreational Development Center is designed with a tradition of quality to provide skills of daily living, life skills and recreational, development to persons with developmental disabilities and physical delays. The center is dedicated to satisfying the participant and gives them a complete educational setting while providing skill development, with in turn assist them in leading fulfilled lives in their community. We firmly holds to the philosophy that our primary goal objectives are to the participants placed in our center. KCAL’s program is structured with the necessary resources and educational tools that will build self-esteem, motivation, attitudes, skill development and independent living skills which gives confidence for personal development and community reattachment.
