Zeneration Senior Center is a Social Adult Daycare that can be your home away from home. The mission of Zeneration Senior Center is to enrich our clients’ lives with fulfillment of social activities in their everyday surroundings. The “Social Model” is the focus at Zeneration for all clients by providing recreation, meals and minor health related services as well as toileting and walking in a friendly helpful atmosphere. Zeneration while being a social adult day care and neighborhood resource offers older adults a variety of resources and programs to enrich their daily lives. Zeneration will offer services to adults who are mildly physically and/or cognitively impaired. The opportunity for social activity along with health and therapeutic activities will be offered in a friendly and caring group environment. UCC's Adult Day Center provides services designed to meet the needs of the functionally impaired, people with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's, and those with individual needs. The program is structured and comprehensive, providing a variety of health, social, recreational and support services in a protective setting during daytime hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday). Additionally, the Adult Day Center is open on the last Saturday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The daily activities at the Adult Day Center are specially designed to create a "homelike" environment for all clients in order to restore their dignity and establish friendships, as well as to foster independence and satisfaction. Clients at the Adult Day Center discover previously unrecognized talents and develop new skills through an assortment of diverse activities. They play basketball in the gym, create crafts, participate in dance exercise and art therapy, play board games, cook, and much more. The Adult Day Center activities vary daily, allowing clients to experience a full and flexible schedule. Our goal at the UCC Adult Day Center is to ensure that all clients truly enjoy each day by offering a variety of opportunities for them to experience at their own pace.

The Center is a model of family values and it shows in every life it touches. The clients at St. Ann Center learn what is means to accept, love and care for everyone. Days at St. Ann Center are filled with moments of joy and it is seen on the faces of everyone we touch. Our goal is to ensure that growing and learning never end. Milwaukee Catholic Home is a nonprofit corporation which was founded in 1913 by a group of concerned women who wanted to provide a residence in the Milwaukee area for older men and women. It was chartered by the State of Wisconsin as a residence in 1913. It opened in an anonymously donated home on North Astor Street where it remained until 1926. In December of that year, it was moved to 2301 E. Bradford Avenue where it provided a comfortable home to hundreds of residents for the next 47 years. In 1973, Milwaukee Catholic Home was opened at 2462 N. Prospect Avenue. It contained 140 apartments and a 56-bed Health Care Center licensed as a skilled nursing facility. In 1997, additional services were added in a three-story building which surrounds a courtyard. Located at 2330 N. Prospect Avenue is a 122 bed Health and Rehabilitation Center, Assisted Living and Generations Day Center.
