Details: Reach Adult Development, Inc. (RAD) is a private corporation owned and operated by Sean Suh. Sean Suh has been working with developmentally disabled/mentally ill community for over 10 years. He has owned and operated a number of Alta Regional adult residential care facilities for adults within the Sacramento area. Reach Adult Development was established to enable individuals to seek a high standard of care for individuals with developmental disabilities and at the same time offer vocational and life skills that will help our community as a whole.
