Choices Adult Day Program Services are designed to provide vocational training, community integration, self-advocacy, self-expression and functional living skills. Our Adult Day Programs are client driven! Individuals establish goals through their Individual Service Plan (ISP) as they pertain to the four areas of the program design.

The C.L.U.B. is a drop-in program for caregivers and socialization for seniors with memory loss and stroke victims. It is designed to give caregivers some much-needed time for themselves. For the participants, it is a social time in a safe, loving environment. Participants keep active physically and mentally through a variety of stimulating and fun activities. The C.L.U.B. is funded by Area 4 Agency on Aging.
