LifeLine Adult Care is a program that offers social, emotional, physical, and cognitive support services in a safe environment to frail or disabled adults during weekday hours. Our program is designed to prevent or delay institutionalization for adults suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke, Parkinson’s, developmental delay, loneliness, or depression. We offer participants a way to maintain independence in a safe and supervised environment during the day, while being able to return to their homes in the evening. |
