Mt. Diablo Center provides quality, structured day recreation and therapy services for the frail elderly, disabled adults, and adults with Alzheimer's and related dementia. Our programs include: Alzheimer's Day Care, Adult Day Health Care and Social Day Services. We also serve family members and other caregivers through support groups, educational seminars and referral services. We serve the communities of central Contra Costa County, and beyond, for those with special language needs or mid to late stage dementia.

RES SUCCESS (Redefining Educational Services) provides differentiating day service programs, tailored by location, for adults with varying degrees of mental retardation, autism and other developmental disabilities. Nearly all of our clients also suffer from mental health and/ or extreme behavioral challenges, such as schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Sadly, people like these often slip through the cracks in the healthcare system and are warehoused in state institutions. We have proven that there is a better way.
