The Northshore Adult Day Center is a community based health program providing a variety of health, social and related support services designed to meet the needs of eligible adults with functional impairments through an individualized plan of care. Services are designed to address the physical, emotional and cognitive needs of participants on a regular, recurrent basis in a protective group setting. The Northshore Adult Day Center is a program of the Northshore Senior Center and located across the street. Our program is a state approved Adult Day Health Program serving adults experiencing physical, mental or social problems associated with arthritis, diabetes, stroke, isolation, confusion, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease and other conditions. Participants join us for five hours per day and can attend up to five days a week. We provide a safe and enjoyable therapeutic activity program to aid the frail and disabled, while offering families and caregivers time away from their responsibilities.
