Mental health and life free of substance abuse addictions is an essential part of good health care. Kings View is committed to providing services that are characterized by "care and compassion" for individuals needing care. Restorative approaches including prevention, early intervention, treatment, and education are basic components of our programs. Kings View operates day programs which include work/activity, independent living, supported employment, job placement, day training activity center and the adult development program. These programs provide vocational, socialization, academic and community integration opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and a variety of other disabilities. Services are provided throughout Merced County with sites located in Atwater and Los Banos, California. KVWEC provides transportation to and from the day programs via its fleet of handicapped accessible vans and busses.
