Details: The Memory Lane Club gives participants an opportunity to socialize with other people. This program is designed to provide individualized attention and small group activities in a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment, while providing respite for caregivers to tend to personal needs. It also allows caregivers the extra opportunity to attend weekly Caregiver Support Group meetings. The Memory Lane Club is supervised by the Day Program Coordinator, with a team of Personal Care Aides - all Certified Dementia Care Professionals.
