Details: We have a full team of providers dedicated to maintaining elderly patients in as independently capacity is possible. This includes, if necessary, visiting nurses, physical therapists, dietitians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and if the patient is completely homebound, a visiting nurse practitioner.
