These services help prevent physical and cognitive decline of its participants as well as caregiver burnout, thus delaying and/or eliminating living facility/nursing home placement. Grace Center has been promoting health and dignity through our adult day services since 1983 and remains the only adult day program in the Corvallis and Linn-Benton County region. We hold specialties in Memory Care and Post-Rehabilitation.
