Eligible participants include those who have been abused, neglected or exploited; those who have been determined to be at high risk for abuse, neglect or exploitation and those with physical or mental disabilities. We also serve adults who are in need of restorative and rehabilitative services to attain their highest level of functioning -- or to prevent inappropriate institutionalization.
