Details: Victor Learning Center, Inc. (VLC) developed the Alvarado Program in order to provide supports for adult consumers who are having challenges with integrating into community settings or have not yet had the chance to sample those opportunities. The supports are made available for persons who need life skills training, self control or some combination of both. The ultimate objective of VLC is the preparation of consumers to become as fully functional and productive as they are capable of achieving and thus promoting the highest quality of life possible
