Details: CISS GUIDE Program (Guiding Unique Individuals Developing Excellence!) is a vocational training service for people with special needs. We offer vocational training in office clerical work, simple landscaping work, and janitorial work. Currently our work crews earn $8.00 per hour for work on each job they are involved in. Each client works at their own pace, with emphasis on safety, training, following through on responsibilities, and working as a team. Each client is assessed and placed into work enclaves. All jobs are supervised by trained personnel with an emphasis on safety and performing with integrity and excellence. Currently GUIDE has 10 openings for placement as of November 1, 2010.
