It is never easy to make the decision for yourself or a loved one to move to a care center. The Good Samaritan Society – Minneapolis strives to provide a home full of warmth and love. Our home is divided into four small neighborhoods, each with separate living and dining areas. Staff members and residents on the neighborhoods build close relationships and become a family. Residents also love the opportunity to interact with the children at our on-site daycare. Adult day services are designed to help adults remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Participants socialize, enjoy peer support and receive health and social services in a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes physical and mental health. Adult day services provide respite services that enable primary caregivers to work or pursue other daytime activities. Many agencies are conveniently located near assisted living and skilled nursing centers so if more care is needed, it will be available. |
