Our staff includes a Licensed Social Worker (LSW); a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); and an experienced Activity Coordinator. A Registered Nurse (RN), a Registered Dietician (RD), and a Licensed Physical Therapist provide program oversight. All staff members are trained in CPR/First Aid and bring years of experience working with aging adults with Alzheimerâ€™s disease or other forms of memory loss; Provides an affordable alternative to a much more costly move to an assisted living facility. Family caregivers experience time away from their caregiving responsibilities and enjoy peace of mind in knowing that their loved one is safe, supervised, and having a good time with their friends at the VINE Adult Community Center; Medication administration, bathing service, and transportation are available; Offers a variety of payment options including private pay and state waivers. Long term care insurance is accepted.
