Details (Max 1000 characters):: Our program is designed for adults who are isolated and lonely or who can no longer live on their own. It includes acommodation, board coordinated care services and a full day of life enrichment activities to help participants continue to live at home with their loved ones. We strive to provide a safe, supervised haven for any part of the day or night (Adult Day Program) and short-term stays (Respite Program) for family caregivers' respite, post-hospitalization rehab or hospice. Angel Gardens Adult Day and Respite Program offers a win-win solution for everyone in the family. Participants enjoy opportunities for socialization and engagement, which promote their well-being and independence, while receiving apprpriate functional assistance in a supervised, nurturing environment.
