Details (Max 1000 characters):: Some of the most vibrant members of the Washington Center community are â€œcommutersâ€ - adults who need medically supervised attention during the day, but who have the necessary support structure to continue spending nights and weekends living at home. Participants in our ADCC are a mix of folks who simply enjoy the atmosphere and friendships theyâ€™ve made here, and others who may need a more attentive helping hand close by. While our participants are enjoying the friendships and activities at the Center, our staff is providing all the help that their families and care-givers might need, like scheduling medical appointments and arranging the necessary transportation, coordinating referrals, and helping with insurance issues. We invite anyone who may be interested in our adult ca care program to visit us and talk with our medical and social work staff to see if the Washington Center Adult Day Health Care program is right for your loved one.
