Details (Max 1000 characters):: Our Day Care Center offers a warm, caring place where people living with HIV/AIDS, mental illness and substance abuse issues can receive the kind of compassionate, comprehensive care that their families and care-givers arenâ€™t always to provide. No one knows more about providing post-acute health care in any environment than Centers Health Care. And one of the reasons we offer such a broad array of care - skilled nursing facilities, rehab, home care, day care, Ultra-careâ„¢, and more - is that above all, good health care is a very individual thing. Not everyone who needs a little extra care needs to be a resident in a skilled nursing facility. But in many cases, people in need of regular care cannot always get what they need at home. And that is frequently true for people suffering with HIV/AIDS. At the Richmond Adult Day Health Care Center we provide a complete medical day program Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4 PM. Our highly trained staff includes a dedicated social worker, registered nurse and substance abuse counselor, each of whom was selected for the unique blend of professional talent and heartfelt compassion that they exhibit every day.
