Connect with new friends, and Heal the wounds that keep you from living life to the fullest This program offers a wide variety of activities and opportunities which will incorporate the above-stated REACH goals in order for clients to work on overall wellness, while meeting individual needs and connecting with peers. With the assistance of the Family Alliance team individuals can design their day based on their own preferences. A typical day for one person may include a computer class, some morning tai chi exercises, work on a special art project, and a current events discussion while another person joins the music appreciation group, learns mind and body practices to relieve stress, including gentle yoga, plays some cards, joins the book club, or works in our award-winning garden and much, much more. The Adult Day Health Program is central to Family Allianceâ€™s concept of active adult wellness. In their effort to encourage healthier lifestyles for all adults, Family Alliance provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of each individual. The Adult Day Health team includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants and activity specialists, who will work with everyone to â€œreachâ€ their personal potential.
