Details (Max 1000 characters):: An Adult Day Care center commonly known as Adult Day Services is a non residential facility, providing activities for elderly and or handicapped clients. The goal of the program is delay or prevent institutionalization by providing alternative care to enhance self stem ad encourage socialization. Adult social day care provide social activities , recreation, trips, and a balanced meals based on the participant health condition to improve the nutritional condition. Adult Day Care (ADC) can provide needed respite from caregiving and may reduce the need for nursing home care. For participants who would otherwise stay a home alone the social stimulation and recreational activities may improve or maintain physical and cognitive function. The program offer relief to family members or caregivers and allows them the freedom to go to work, handle personal business or just have a break from their caregiving responsibilities while knowing their loved ones is well cared for and safe. Adult day Care Centers (ADCC) are designed to provide care and companionship for seniors who need assistance or supervision during the day... and the most important take care of your loved one... We are especially interested in providing clients and their caregivers with information about available services and how to apply for them. All services offered by DNSC have eligibility requirements, all participants must be registered to receive this mentioned services.
