Our Adult Day Health Care Program is a medical model program, operated under the supervision of a registered nurse. Our program provides comprehensive healthcare with therapeutic social, educational and recreational activities. Our program enhances the lives of the frail elderly, the chronically ill and disabled adults while maintaining their residence in the community. At the same time, we can provide a period of respite for family caregivers.
