Social adult day care is the perfect program for elderly persons who continue to live at home â€“ but who would like to benefit from professional care and social involvement during the daytime hours (8am to 4pm). Holbrook Adult Home is the perfect location. Beginning with daily transportation to and from Holbrook Adult Home, we care for each individual with a complete range of compassionate support services including: aid with medication, supervision, personal hygiene, grooming and nutritious home cooked meals (including special diets). We have a physician always on call. Life should be enjoyable, so we maintain a homey, family style atmosphere at our adult home that provides a safe, secure, and comfortable daily setting.
