We embrace the philosophy to change how you live, not where you live. Programs available through Fort Hudson Day Services include Social and Medical Day Programs. Fort Hudson Day Services offers Monday â€“ Friday coverage 8:00 am to 4:00 PM. Our programs recognize that individual and caregiver routines vary. We offer early and late pickup, as well as full and part time options to accommodate you. Our staff, comprised of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse aides, personal care aides, and home health aides are proud members of the Fort Hudson team. Professional and paraprofessional support is also available offering therapies, case management, and nutritional counseling to maximize oneâ€™s health and wellness. We understand the importance of our participants and caregivers. Our programs encourage a stimulating, and social environment for the participant, while allowing a caregiver to pursue work, school, vacation, or errands with peace of mind. Decorated in a comfortable Adirondack lodge theme, it is an inviting place to laugh, relax, and socialize with friends.
