DayBreak programs offer a full range of health and social services to help older adults with physical, emotional, or mental impairments, or who require supervision and/or medical care. Services enable older adults to remain independent for as long as possible, while allowing caregivers relief from the responsibilities of at-home caregiving so they can fulfill work or other obligations. Eddy DayBreak at Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center - The first adult day service in the Capital Region, this medical model program has been making a difference in the lives of its participants and caregivers in the community for more than 20 years. Participants can work in the raised garden, relax in our beautifully landscaped courtyard, or enjoy a variety of stimulating activities.
