Details (Max 1000 characters):: Our Adult Day Care Center is a professionally operated program designed to assist older adults who donâ€™t want or need the continuous care of a hospital or other long term facility, but may need help with self-care, require supervision, or would like to socialize with others. We offer a variety of health and social services in a protective, sociable and positive group setting. This program provides families with relief from caregiving responsibilities, emotional reassurance, assistance with their family memberâ€™s care, and short or long term attendance plans. Adult Day Care has an on-site Registered Nurse Director and Activity Coordinator (CNA), Monday through Friday, 7:00am â€“ 3:00pm, except for holidays. Our nurse and CNAs provide assessments including blood pressure, weight, nutritional status, and note any changes in level of functioning. Our nursing staff also administers medication as ordered and may provide skilled nursing services and treatments with physicians orders, bathing and personal care as indicated or requested. We use a team approach to assure your loved one is well cared for.
