Our 288 bed facility is located on scenic and spacious grounds in the rolling hills of Chartiers Township. The health center provides skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation services, residential nursing home care, and speciality care for individuals with special needs, such as Alzheimer's disease. The Washington County Health Center also offers such services as Adult Day Care, and training and support for care-givers and families. Adult day services, also known as an adult day center (ADC), is a planned program that includes a variety of health, social and supportive services in a safe, supervised environment.
