In addition to full-time residential living, we offer an Adult Day Care program at our Woodside place personal care community. From its inception, Woodside Place challenged the traditional nursing home model of care with a new social model, a flexible care program and architectural innovation. Two decades later, the Woodside Place model remains relevant and has been replicated more than 70 times around the world including in our own skilled nursing communities. At Woodside Place, residents receive individualized care and enjoy a flexible, yet secure living environment. As your loved oneâ€™s needs change, our highly trained and skilled team adjusts care levels accordingly. We also offer caregiver-focused opportunities such as family support groups. Additionally, we help residents engage in opportunities that create a quality of life not possible within a traditional dementia-care setting.
