Our Adult Day Services benefit family members and caregivers by allowing them to rejuvenate or accomplish daily chores, knowing their loved one is in a structured, supervised, and active environment. If you are living on your own or with family, you can also choose to spend the day in our Adult Day Program. Just as with full-time elders, our professional care partner team will work closely with you, your family members and physician to create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. At the same time, youâ€™ll meet new people and enjoy meaningful activities that enrich your life. This program is a perfect combination of personal healthcare services and social activities. The best part is being able to return home each evening to family and familiar surroundings.
