Here, a team of dedicated caregivers assist residents to maintain their highest level of independence while motivating them to socialize through activity programs adapted to their needs and abilities. We offer both Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care services. Our team of technical and professional nurses offers the following services: pain management, intravenous therapy, post surgical care, patient and family teaching in all areas, including medication administration, wound care, as well as our rehabilitation services. Maplecrest Rehabilitation offers outpatient services to the community in the areas of physical, occupational and speech therapy, available to treat a wide variety of therapy needs including strengthening, mobility, ambulation, and activities of daily living, perceptual motor skills, oral motor functioning and swallowing. Maplecrestâ€™s Adult Day Health Services Program was developed for the adult who seeks daily social interaction and support while living at home. Our program offers a variety of social, leisure, physical and educational activities. Maplecrest has a long standing, strong link with the community. Many events throughout the year promote community and family involvement. Our community suppers, holiday events, and scheduled activities have served to establish a sense of partnership between Maplecrest, our families and the community.
