Details (Max 1000 characters):: Why stay at home when the Castle Center is just around the corner offering entertainment, socializing, cards, games, crafts AND peace and quiet if you prefer. Your home is your castle but the folks at the Castle Center will make you feel at home any day of the week. The Castle Center has expanded its activities and is now available for those who need just a little help as well as those with more complex needs. Therapeutic activities are part of each participant's personalized plan of care. Participants can choose from three different activity tracks based on their interests and skills. As a licensed medical adult day program, a nurse is on duty to monitor medications, answer questions, recognize any symptoms of illness early, and to be a resource to family caregivers. Our program staff can assist in arranging transportation. Our Customized Care program can also assist with wake up and transportation to the program on a fee basis. The Castle Center for Adult Day Health is licensed by the State of New Hampshire.
