The transaction closed on May 1, 2005. Consistent with its branding process, the name of the center has been changed to Senior Care of Middlebury. The Middlebury facility is Senior Careâ€™s first center in Connecticut, adding to its growing network of 20 adult day health service locations. Senior Care offers skilled nursing care which is provided by our Professional Registerted Nurse. Each member receives specialized nursing services. The nursing department arranges needed PT, OT, and Speech Therapy. Podiatry Care is also available. Our Therapeutic Activity Programs are Tailored to the individual's level. Programs provide socialization, exercise for the body and mind, educational programs along with outings and special events. We are happy to offer door to door transportation by our trained drivers.
