Details (Max 1000 characters):: The Volunteers of America Hmong DayElders program provides care and a variety of activities to Hmong seniors, age 55 and older, that typically have limitations of mobility, stamina and/or cognitive functioning. Our program offers a safe, culturally appropriate environment to support the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of these older adults. Participants may attend the Hmong DayElders program from one to five days a week, Monday through Friday, depending on their needs. Each participant has an individual care plan and the bilingual staff work closely with each participantâ€™s caregivers to provide high quality care.
