It provides is a unique community-based interactive program for aging individuals and adults with special needs. The on-site and local activities are designed to be purposeful and meaningful to all participants. It is our goal to cater to the individual needs and personalities of all who visit the Day Center. Our professional staff will assist you with all you need to enroll your loved one, including assessments, paperwork, arranging transportation, and exploring funding resources. Transportation possibilities might include Metro Mobility, Transit Link, the Sojourn van, and family members. Funding resources might include county waivers, long term care insurance, Veteranâ€™s benefits, and â€œprivate payâ€ options. Upon arriving at the day center, each participant is treated with individual care and celebrated daily. Believing that we are all unique individuals brimming with talents and countless gifts to share, Sojournâ€™s primary goal is to give every participant a great day every day!
