Details (Max 1000 characters):: Citizens Development Center (CDC) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit work training center and employment placement organization for adults with intellectual, mental health and/or physical disabilities (clients) living in Dallas and surrounding areas. Serving more than 400 individuals annually, our Work Center Program and Employment Placement Program are administered at our 30,000 square-foot facility on Ambassador Row in Dallas, Texas.
