Our adult day health centers are a preferred alternative to nursing homes, assisted living facilities or institutional care, providing engaging therapeutic activities, opportunities for socialization and expert health and nursing care dedicated to helping our clients improve daily functioning or delaying the onset of chronic diseases. Greer Center - We are located just outside of Historic Downtown Greer, beside Greer Community Ministries. Our Clients are surrounded by very a caring and professional staff. On staff we have a Center Director who is an LPN; we also have an RN and Program Assistants who help with games, crafts, exercise, meals, and medical monitoring. We have in-house Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We can provide transportation to and from the center; we also set up appointment to and from the doctorâ€™s office for our clients.
