Details (Max 1000 characters):: The mission of Raeâ€™s Playze is to provide quality care services to the elderly and mentally or physical challenged, showing compassion, love, integrity and respect. Also, to promote the well being of the elderly in the communities we serve. Raeâ€™s Playze provides an organized day care program which supports the adultâ€™s independence and promote his or her social, emotional, physical and spiritual well being. Food service include a nutritional lunch each day, plus two snacks according to the clients' needs. Raeâ€™s Playze accepts ages 18 and older with mental or physical challenges, as long as they are not a hazard to others or themselves and can exit the building without assistance from staff in case of any fire drills or emergencies. Fire drills are done on a monthly basis. Rae's Playze provides a comfortable, friendly homelike environment. It was designed specifically to look and feel as much like home as possible. There is a spacious, cozy living room, a large activity and dining area, and a comfortable, quiet room area perfect for resting. Raeâ€™s Playze is not equipped to serve individuals with advanced Alzheimer's disease and those that have erractive behaviors.
